Scope of Works: Full Restoration, Re Finishing and Cleaning of the 1914 building In-situ poured Terrazzo Reception, Staircase Treads/Risers/Walls, Lift Lobbies and Back of House Area.

- Bespoke Mix, best match to existing terrazzo with various size and coloured clippings along with cement mix match samples completed.
- Insitu Infill Pours exceeding 5m2 along with smaller repairs in reception, lift lobbies and lobby walls.
- Re Construction of Treads & Risers with newly sourced stone Mosaic nosings and new terrazzo pour around.
- Cleaning, and Re Sealing of All Walls.
- Grind Down of all floors to grit pad and up through the pads to a honed finish to match existing, all cleaned upon completion.
